I know you can't bring liquid in your carry on luggage, unless its under 100ml. But what about inside the actual main luggage (the big bag)?? Thanks for your help.

P.S:I'm flying Malaysian Airlines.

The restriction on liquid size applies only to carry-on luggage. Liquids larger than this can be brought if they are packed in your checked luggage. I recommend however that any of these be sealed in a plastic bag in case they leak.

Nope - your liquid for carry on luggage [including make up, gels, perfume, etc.] is only 1 litre in total, packed in a see-through plastic bag, sealed as in a baggie and able to be checked by the security people. The rest can go in your check-in luggage.

Check it out on the customs web. You can't even take a bottle of water on with you - they will make you throw it in the bin. I know, because I just came back from oseas and each airport I was passing through made me throw the water in the bin and checked my carry on luggage thoroughly. This included all airports including London, Dublin, Leeds-Bradford, Dubai, Casablanca, Marrakech, Madrid, Melbourne, Tasmania. Think it is a world-wide thing nowadays, in case of terrorism.
